Some Jules & Stone products are ready to ship, while others are produced in small batches or made to order. Production time varies by design, with some pieces requiring 10–20+ hours of continuous fabrication before assembly, finishing, inspection, and testing. Current processing estimates are provided on each product page.

Shipping & Tracking

Orders are prepared for shipment after production, inspection, and final testing. Tracking information is provided once your order ships. Delivery timing depends on the carrier, destination, and selected shipping method. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

San Francisco Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available in San Francisco for qualifying products and ready-to-ship inventory. Please contact Jules & Stone before ordering to confirm availability and arrange pickup.

If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Because some Jules & Stone pieces are produced specifically for an order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has begun.

Returns & Eligibility

Return eligibility depends on the product and whether it was ready-to-ship, made-to-order, customized, limited-production, or marked final sale. Please contact Jules & Stone before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact Jules & Stone as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
